The property is in Weatherford Texas just outside city limits on 4 acres neighboring and looking down on 41 acres! Quiet and very safe neighborhood in a very convenient location to everything! Only 35 minutes from Fort Worth!
The room is pictured in the photos and has its own outdoor entrance and its own bathroom.
Pets welcome on a case by case basis depending on training and behavior! Unfortunately poorly trained or poorly behaved pets really disturb the peace in a home and we can’t have that.
One large pasture space available for 1-3 horses.
Price may change with number of horses, but rent is $850 a month plus utilities split in 3rds.
