Dell Latitude 7490 Laptop:
Intel Core i5-8350U, 1.70Ghz, Quad Core
8GB DDR4 RAM
256GB Micron SATA SSD
Windows 11 Pro(activated)
Overall the laptop is in Great condition with some signs of wear and usage(there is some light scuffing and scratching on the lid and bottom of the unit, and some sticker residue in various areas). Everything except for the trackpad appears to be fully functional; all keys work, sound is good, keyboard lights up, ports function, etc. The battery is stated to be in "Excellent" health and holds a good charge(I installed and fully updated Windows off a 100% charge and it only dropped to 52% when finished). Windows 11 Pro is installed and fully updated.
I do my very best to test these units and report any issues I come across:
1. I cannot get the bottom set of buttons or the "tap" feature to work on the trackpad. The buttons at the top of the trackpad all work fine, moving the mouse around with the trackpad works fine, but tapping on the trackpad doesn't work, nor do the two button under the trackpad. I don't know if it's a driver or hardware issue, but as long as you don't mind using the buttons at the top of the trackpad, it's not a huge deal.
