"Service to Repair SpectroTest TXC-25 Power On/CPU-Boost Error Windows Non Functional load. Despite Boot Operable OS sometimes Repair as Suspect CPU Control Bios Set-up Fault. Failing HDD or Hardware. Repair Accordingly. Perform PM and Verify Proper Operation."
