We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician with a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in heating and air conditioning, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment on delivering high-quality service. We service a high volume of customers so attention to detail is a must, reports to the warranty company are required on some service calls, training will be provided. We are looking for a motivated technician that is organized, driven and coachable, Technicians that live in Tarrant County is a plus but not required.

Company Truck Provided
Year round work
Gas card provided
$25 to $30 hourly depending on experience
$700 on Full System Sales
20 percent on all retail repairs, maintenance cleanings and accessories added

Candidates will be required to:
Pass a back ground check
Pass a drug screen

Must have hand tools, meter and gauges.
Must have great communication skills.
Must be professional in appearance.
Must have valid TX driver license
Must have good driving record
Must be willing to do tune ups when service is slow
Uniform provided

NO: ON CALL

**Must have tech registration with TDLR**
**Must be EPA Certified**
