Key Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks and flatbed trailers, for local daily runs.
Secure and strap palletized loads and materials properly to ensure safe transit.
Perform standard pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Provide professional, friendly service during drop-offs at local customer and vendor sites.
Maintain accurate electronic or paper driver logs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Current DOT Medical Card.
Proven experience driving both box trucks and flatbeds.
Load Secuirty: Must be physically capable and experienced in properly strapping, securing, and tarping (if applicable) palletized freight on flatbeds.
Clean driving record (MVR) and solid work history.
Strong commitment to safety and punctuality.
