What we offer:
● Starting Pay rate .65 CPM (Empty and Loaded)
● Mile range 1700 - 2900 Per Week
● Home time every other week to maximize income.
● Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit Every Friday , Monday to Sunday pay period
● 1099-NEC at years end.
● Areas of operation: Mainly Mid West and Occasional North East
● We generally do dedicated freight, customer freight and sometimes broker freight.
● No Forced Dispatch with Experienced Dispatchers who will use all resources to find you loads and in case of a truck breakdown our Fleet maintenance coordinator will get you help ASAP
● There is a frontal facing camera only on the trucks

● Referral Bonuses: Drivers can earn:
- $400 company drivers
- $600 lease drivers
- $800 owner operators
● Safety Bonuses: For clean DOT inspections:
- $1,000 for Level 1
- $500 for Level 2
- $100 for Level 3
● Short-haul pay guaranteed (Percentage instead of Miles)
● Extra stops paid ($40 per stop)
● Tarping paid for open deck Flatbed ($40)
● Layover and detention are paid
● Longevity Bonus (yearly flat cpm increase)
● Break down assistance (Break down pay, accommodation, and travel expenses compensation)

● Truck come with:
- Fridge
- Inverter
- APU (Auxiliary Power Unit)
● Flatbed trailer - Mac 2015, Aluminum, Tool Box and Dunnage Container.

- Toll pass
- Weigh stations
● CAT Scale electronic tickets (app on the phone)
---General Expenses---
● Occupational insurance: $37.50 per week
● Truck security deposit: $200 weekly until it reaches $2000 in total

Carrier is a mid-size fleet with excellent reputation. Management open door policy. Driver will be part of a growing small fleet of sub-contractor that as opposed to many large carriers, will take care of the driver in a more direct level, aiming to keep steady income and driver well being.
