Due to an error when ordering digital copies of a game, I have 2 codes for Dragon Quest 7 on the Switch 2. I can't get the order refunded or even cancelled. I tried and they refuse to do anything because it's digital items.

I'm only asking for 50.00 for them. I prefer to use venmo or cash app.
