Grapevine Sailing Club is hosting it's Annual Sailing Seminar. This is a limited seating event held over two weekends June 1st-2nd and 8th-9th. You will receive morning classroom on sailing techniques and basics taught by certified sailing instructors, then you will head out on the lake for an afternoon of sailing. You will have the opportunity to sail different style boats each day and can even tailor your experience by learning on the style boats you are most interested in.

The first three days will be general sailing practice switching with other students aboard between the various positions. You will learn mainsail trimming, jib, foresail trimming and skippering on all points of wind. The fourth day will focus on racing where you will be taught rules basics, strategy, and reading winds for maximum performance.
This class is limited to 50 students only. 250.00 per person which includes a continental breakfast, lunch, books and other supplies.
