These are brand new. there are no scratches or marks.. they might be dusty from being in a box but the pix are not great. These are awesome for storing collectables b/c that is what they are designed for. The edges slide together at a bevel to prevent any dust from getting in.. Dolls, baseballs, Toy models or cars, Beanie babies etc etc
