Hawk’s Bay Insurance Group is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our Dallas office. In this role, you will support clients and producers by helping manage accounts, processing service requests, and ensuring policies remain accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update client accounts and policy information
• Assist with certificates, endorsements, renewals, and client requests
• Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters
• Prepare account documentation and maintain records in the agency system
• Support producers and account managers with day-to-day servicing
Who We’re Looking For
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional setting (customer service, office administration, or related)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid work authorization required (EAD required)
Insurance experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
