Concession Stand, Lemonade Stand, Snow Cone Stand with AC/Heat - $18,000

We have used this as a concession and lemonade stand. Currently set up for that seasonally. But we would like to add in snow cones and need a 40ft container. This is perfect for a portable office, micro home, or Kitchen/Drink/Concession Stand
This is a 20ft Long One Trip Container in great shape. Here’s what is included and what we did to turn it into a concession stand…
- Wood Framing throughout
- 3-4” of spray foam insulation on all walls and ceiling
- Pex and to code electric in walls
- 20” stainless sink.
- Small hot water heater under sink.
- Dishwasher has been added since photos were taken.
- Extensive electric, each oulet to their own breaker. That way you can pull lots on each and not worry about it flipping.
- 2 sliding windows 60” x 36”
- Awning over both windows. This will need to be removed to move the unit.
- AC & Heat mini split unit. Keeps it very nice even on hot days. We run it at 68 and stay very comfortable even on July 4th.
- LED in ceiling lighting
- Pantry Cabinet
- Quartz Counters with cabinets underneath, about 15’ long
- 36” man door on one end. The other end is sealed shut with foam.
- It all plugs into a 50 amp RV Plug
- Has a spot for an Ice Maker and water plumbed to one window (as we sell lemonade out of that window)
- Water can be hooked up from a water hose in the back of the unit.
* All of the machines, fridges and stainless counters are to be removed. You are just purchasing the container and the cabinets/quartz, AC and all the in wall stuff.

Message with questions. Buyer is responsible for moving it. I do know who to contact for moving, it's super easy to move. They literally pick it up and plop it on a trailer, then plop it wherever you would like. The awnings will have to be cut off for moving it.
