This is a brand new, still in sealed box Broan InVent 1.5-Sone 110-CFM White Lighted Bathroom Fan ENERGY STAR. We have purchased it for the remodeling but ended up not replacing the original fan. I think we paid over $140 at the time - you can get it here much cheaper!
