the firebox has 2 holes covered by steel plates.(do not leave ash in the firebox).I can fix it for 150 more.freshly painted.good iron work .cooks very well. Pull out racks. there are rods across the top off the inside of the cooking chamber to hang chicken etc. This smoker has been producing great bbq for guit a long time .very heavy
