It is like an 8 position drivers seat in a luxury car.
The seat tilt is adjustable. You can 'lock' the seat tilt in any position even leaning back as in a luxury auto. Then when you want to exit the chair, you can unlock the tilt with just one easy touch.
The seat tilt is adjustable, the back in adjustable, the arms are adjustable and the arms can even be removed if that is the way your prefer.
I think the pneumatic height adjuster needs to be replaced. You can order those from The Office Oasis Store or Amazon for about $50. The kit includes the remover tool.
