this beige lazy boy love seat couch is in great condition and very clean. I am the only owner and it has stain resistance feature added to the sleeper sofa. No smoking or pets! the full size mattress bed that it converts into is also in excellent condition. This is a fold out bed with a mattress and springs. Comfortable and rarely used!

the dimensions are approximately 6 ft wide (length) x 3 ft deep (width) x 3 ft height
the arm rests are 2 ft high. the bed length from back of couch is about 75 inches

This comes with the two pillows on it in the picture. Available for pick up in Hurst, TX. would be moved from the 2nd floor of an apartment.
