Queen size bed with mattress.
frame is ok. Matress sits on a bed board. Under the bed board are these other wooden slats but are not solid. Not sure exactly what they are but were like this when I bought it.
The headboard is padded. The left leg is broken but believe it just needs a screw.
Mattress has a protector pad and always has.
