Duck eggs are larger than chicken eggs, and also contain, per egg, more fat, cholesterol, protein, and calories than chicken eggs, simply due to their much larger size. However, both duck eggs and chicken eggs cook the same. Since duck eggs have a larger yolk than chicken eggs, a scrambled duck egg will have a richer, creamier taste.
They taste the same to me, just with more yolk than a chicken egg. And no weird chicken-y flavor that chicken eggs get sometimes which is from salmonella.
