I began my yoga journey in 1995 with Bikram Yoga in Orange County, California, and have recently made Hurst, Texas my home—where I’m truly enjoying the warmth of both the community and the state.
Yoga has transformed my life, giving me more energy, better sleep, and reduced stress. I work with all ages, with a special passion for helping seniors improve balance, flexibility, strength, and overall vitality so they can continue to live independently and confidently.
Born in 1953, I understand aging from personal experience. At 72 years young, I surf, ski, and lift weights, and I credit my vitality to consistent movement and mindful practice. Staying strong and energized is more achievable than you might think.
My late mother, who lived to 93, was my greatest inspiration. She taught me the importance of nutrition, faith, and daily movement—we even did jumping jacks together with Jack LaLanne. While her health was strong, balance became her greatest challenge, reinforcing my commitment to helping others maintain strength, stability, and quality of life.
Personalized Yoga for Strength, Balance & Vitality
My professional background includes real estate and real estate investment, and I hold a degree in Psychology and Nutrition from California State University, Long Beach. My personal philosophy has been shaped by mentors such as Tony Robbins, Norman Vincent Peale, and the teachings of the Bible—with a strong belief that we truly reap what we sow. This applies not only to our thoughts and attitudes, but also to how we care for our bodies. Daily movement matters.
Many people believe gentle yoga or chair yoga is uncomfortable or ineffective. In my experience, the greater discomfort comes from not taking proactive steps for your health. After just 30 days of yoga, most students say their only regret is not starting sooner.
Imagine waking up refreshed, easing stiff joints, improving balance, and simply feeling better most of the time. That sense of well-being is a gift—and it’s more achievable than you may think.
