We are looking for a reliable Maintenance & Yard Worker to help with day-to-day property maintenance, repairs, and yard work.
This is a hands-on position. We need someone dependable who can handle general maintenance.
Job Duties
General property maintenance
Yard cleanup and outdoor upkeep
Basic electrical repairs
Basic plumbing repairs
Light construction/repair work
Fixing doors, lights, fixtures, leaks, etc.
Keeping shop, yard, and property clean
Helping with small projects as needed
Picking up supplies/materials when needed
Reporting bigger issues that need licensed contractors
Requirements:
Must be reliable and show up on time
Must have basic maintenance/handyman experience
Must be able to work outside
Must be able to lift and move materials
Must have basic tools preferred
Must have transportation
Electrical/plumbing experience is a plus
Must be able to work without constant supervision
Schedule
Full-time
Monday–Friday
Day shift
Pay
$17–$25 per hour based on experience
Higher pay possible for someone with strong maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or handyman experience.
