The power tubes, phase inverter, and fuse were replaced in October 2023. I have not replaced the 12AX7s, and I’m unsure of their age.
I do have a handful of videos on TikTok (kcwm_) that I recorded using the Maz, including a longer one where I play a Taylor electric and use a handful of pedals.
I may consider trades but I’m fairly picky. No amps, please. I also value the Maz in the neighborhood of $1300 for trades. I also have a great partscaster made of Fender parts (official neck, MIM body, noiseless pickups, midboost, locking tuners) to even a trade.
Why is the price lower than normal? What's wrong with it? I get similar questions. Long story short, I'm not looking to make money on selling gear. To the best of my knowledge, nothing is wrong with it. I had it serviced in October of 2023 and it was given a clean bill of health after replacing the PI tube and fuse. I play at relatively low volumes and not too terribly often, so the new tubes still have plenty of life in them.
