Food company is actively seeking an Office Admin related role to COMPLETE OUR TEAM to work out of Grapevine, Texas office.

Administrative Office Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Must be able to work 8am - 5:00pm Mon- Fri.

• Perform a variety of administrative functions for the management team in a fast-paced, team oriented, demanding environment
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies
• Provide general support to visitors
• Provide information by answering questions and requests
• Prepare and monitor invoices
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
• Resolve administrative problems

• Perform a variety of administrative functions for the management team in a fast-paced, team oriented, demanding environment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with colleagues, prioritize work, and ask for further clarification when necessary
• Ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints, as well as the ability to deal with frequent interruptions, unresolved situations, frequent change, delays or unexpected events
• Proficient in MS Office
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets is a MUST
• At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
