Office Admin - Responsibilities include:
- Answering office phone and email for warehouse orders and customer inquiries
- Receiving orders
- Data entry of orders into accounting software
- Process payment for orders
- Print packing slip for warehouse fulfillment
- Billing Issues: follow-up on declined Credit Card transactions; follow-up on COD and Net 30 payments
- Weekly sales reports to customers
- Assist warehouse staff in periodic inventory counts as needed
Other general office duties - ordering office and warehouse supplies, etc.
