I am looking for a small 2 or 3 bedroom home. I don't mind a mobile home but not in a park. I have been approved for a home loan and have the pre-approval letter in hand. I have good credit, stable work history, clean background, and no broken leases or evictions. I have small dogs so I am looking for something that has a privacy fence, no chain link. Thank you.
