We are seeking a high-energy, confident, and driven Presenter to lead one of our traveling teams. If you thrive in front of an audience, can simplify complex concepts, and enjoy life on the road, this may be an excellent opportunity.
The Role
As the Presenter on a three-person traveling team (Presenter, Sales Consultant, Install Crew), you are the face of the brand. Your responsibility is to deliver a scripted, high-impact 90-minute dinner presentation that builds trust, answers questions, and prepares homeowners for successful in-home energy consultations.
You are not the closer, but your presentation sets the foundation for every sale.
Responsibilities
Deliver 1–3 engaging presentations per day, four days per week, in pre-booked restaurants nationwide
Set up, execute, and break down presentations professionally
Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure proper timing and food service
Clearly explain energy-efficiency products and homeowner benefits
Answer questions and handle objections with confidence and credibility
Schedule in-home consultations for the Sales Consultant
Track appointments and presentation metrics according to company standards
Work closely with Sales and Install teams to manage consults and installations
Book lodging and manage travel logistics while on the road
Maintain full control of the presentation environment with professionalism
Occasionally follow up with customers regarding installation status
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for competitive, motivated presenters who enjoy performance, travel, and results. You should have:
Public speaking or presentation experience (home improvement or energy efficiency preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
A polished, professional appearance and confident presence
Ability to simplify complex concepts and build homeowner trust
Composure and authority in live group environments
Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles
Comfort with flying, long drives, and extended time away from home
A results-driven, income-motivated mindset
Schedule & Travel
Presentations: Monday–Thursday at 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM
In-home appointments: Next-day consultations Monday–Friday, early morning through evening
Occasional weekend appointments
Most weekends reserved for travel or rest
Typical rotation: two weeks on, one week off, with occasional longer runs

Interview Process:
This will generally be a 3 Stage process, a successful initial screening would be followed by a Phone Interview. After the phone interview, We will inform you if you would move forward to a final Zoom meeting with management.
