SUMMARY
--Assists with remote sales call and processes for a portfolio of customers
--Coordinate with sales team to understand customer needs and sales opportunities
--Provide product information for customer needs and achieve sales targets

POSITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
--Inside sales order processing and account management
--Confirm orders with customer and sales rep
--Process order promptly
--Answer calls promptly
--Research products
--Prepare quotes for customers and reps
--Perform other duties as requested
--Provide outstanding customer service
--Process inside sales orders for next day delivery
--Manage account activities, including RFQ's and sourcing commodity packaging items
--Confirm product availability and verify Gross Profit % on each order
--Accurately process 15-20 orders per day
--Research products using the Legacy ERP system and vendor websites
SKILLS
--Ability to read documents necessary for the job
--Ability for basic math, units of measure, fractions and decimals
--Ability to take direction and effectively communicate
--Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
EDUCATION
--HS Ed or GED equivalent
--Minimum 2 years exp working with customers in a similar environment
--Bilingual in Spanich/English is a plus
