We are hiring an Azure Solutions Architect to join a growing MSP organizion.

This role will lead the professional services function, overseeing the delivery of stregic client projects across Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure Virtual Desktop, and infrastructure migrions. The position is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, including discovery, scoping, solution design, client communicion, coordinion, documention, training, and successful handoff to support teams. This individual will serve as a technical leader, guiding high-level architecture decisions while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurely, and aligned with client objectives.

Azure Solutions Architect Requirements

• 4+ years of experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
• Demonstred success leading Azure, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure migrion initiives
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and cloud architecture design
• Proven ability to conduct client discovery sessions and transle business requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Strong networking fundamentals, including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and routing
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communicion skills with a strong client-facing and presention-oriented approach 

Azure Solutions Architect Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments and management
• Background in SharePoint migrion projects
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and/or automion tools
• Relevant Microsoft certificions (e.g., Azure Administror, Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365)
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing technical teams
