A FITNESS EVALUATION WILL BE DONE FIRST. WE WILL CHECK YOUR CARIOVASCULAR HEALTH AND YOUR CURRENT STRENGTH LEVELS TO HELP DETERMINE ANY WEAKNESSES.
I SPECIALIZE in Strength Training and Conditioning via HIIT teaching correct form in the Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Press . My clients have gotten BIGGER, FASTER and STRONGER I also incorporate Traction Based training since most of these Strength lifts involve compression of the spine whereas Traction Based will lengthen/de-compress the spine. You just need to have the right kind of equipment which I have such as Belt Squat, Reverse Hyper, 45 degree hyper and Standing Ab machine. I also have equipment that plays a major role in Back Rehab.
