We are in a very demanding and fast paced work environment. However, Safety is always our first priority.
Our work environment includes:
Hanging Structural Steel (Beams, columns, and etc.)
```Duties```
- Assemble and install iron or steel girders, columns, and other structural components according to blueprints and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, and weld steel components
- Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and blueprints to determine the layout and placement of structural components
MUST HAVE- Hard hat, work boots, safety vest, safety harness, tool belt with any tools you may need to aid in hanging steel members (for example... impact, grinder, drill)
The majority of our work is in the DFW area, however with that being said We DO have jobs that require traveling out of the metroplex. So you must be willing to travel at times and we will provide hotel rooms and per diem for those jobs. Most days our normal work hours are Monday -Friday 7am-3:30pm. There are times we might work longer days and occasionally Saturdays. Depending on what the general contractor needs.

- Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in ironworking
- Strong mathematical skills for measuring materials and calculating dimensions
