We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused Class A Flatbed Driver to join our growing team. You'll start on regional routes and transition to OTR as you settle in. We take care of our drivers — you'll have a company truck under you and a fuel card in your pocket from day one.
💰 PAY
• Hourly pay to start during regional runs
• Transition to per-mile or percentage pay as you move to OTR
• Quarterly Safety Bonus — we reward drivers who do it right
🚛 WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer hauling flatbed freight
• Properly secure, tarp, and strap loads in compliance with DOT regulations
• Run regional and OTR routes
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Communicate proactively with dispatch
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years of verifiable flatbed experience
• Strong knowledge of load securement — strapping, chaining, and tarping
• Clean driving record
• Must pass background check
• Valid DOT medical card
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
