Service technician suspects a bad relay in control unit (the actual heating element is still good).
But since new control panels are no longer available, we upgraded to a newer convection oven.
This would make a great oven for a weekend cabin or could be used to cure powder coated parts.
Easily reaches over 425 degrees.
I have the original user's manuals.
