Runs and drives great just needs some cooling work done and maintenance. I don’t drive it much anymore maybe 100 miles a month or so.
140,XXX Miles on odometer. Will go up.

The good:
Runs & drives, starts up on the first try everytime
Inline 6 cylinder engine - n55 model 300 hp very capable car with incredible handling. My favorite car to have ever owned.

The bad:
Oil pan leak - classic bmw
Issue with leaking coolant somewhere near the driver side front of the vehicle. I do keep coolant on me and typically will top it off / check before i start driving for the day
When I replaced the rotors & breaks the brake wear sensor snapped on the rear passenger tire. Doesn’t cause any issues with driving but it has a light on the dash for it.
Driver side rear window does not work, might just need to be put back on the track but I did not want to mess with it so I have the suction cups there holding it up.
Driver seatbelt locking assembly (shown in pictures) still works sometimes it can be finicky but it works.
Some dents and scratches on the car before I owned it.
The typical oil pan leak
The sunroof headliner has peeled off. I lowered asking price for that.
History:
Owned since ~60k miles
oil change & filter replaced every 5,000 miles like clockwork by myself. Receipts from FCPEURO can be provided for proof I purchased the oil change kits regularly.
Serpentine belt replaced regularly
head gasket, spark plugs, transmission service, brakes, rotors ~75k miles
front control arms ~80k miles
AC condenser, many cooling parts, and the front drivetrain seal ~ 100k miles
I work remote, I don’t drive it as much as I used to and I don’t want to deal with the maintenance anymore. I want to be upfront about every issue with this car to avoid any confusion or bad karma. The car is being sold as-is. This is not a regular bmw X1 you’ll find on the street. Only 6 X1 35i’s are available for sale right now within 200 miles. This thing can MOVE and is very discreet.
