I have two small cleaning contracts with Jan-Pro franchise. Both contracts together payout $995.00 together once a month. One is at a Herc rentals and takes about 30 minutes to finish the job and is cleaned twice a week. The other is at an autism center in Aubrey texas and is cleaned once a week on Sat or Sun and takes around two hrs to clean.
