The Leasing Contact Center is responsible for verifying leasing inquiries on behalf of our Property Managers and introducing application requirements to their prospective Tenants.
- Respond to warm leads in order to fill property vacancies
- Address general inquiries and resolve issues
The Maintenance Contact Center provides support to Property Managers so that they can build their business instead of focusing on day-to-day operations.
- Field Inbound calls and online request for maintenance
- Problem solve and dispatch vendors to address the reported issues
Your Mission, should you choose to accept:
Provide an elevated communication experience for our Property Managers and their Customers by responding to inbound maintenance requests as accurately and efficiently as possible.
- Prior Customer Service experience preferred
- Must be flexible with schedule; We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to communicate clear and concise information (Bilingual is a plus)
- High integrity with a sense of humor
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts, implement feedback, and take action
- A drive for both personal and professional growth
