✫Usher✫ An Usher will create a welcome environment for Customers. They will assist and direct Customers to their destination. This individual will provide movie and theatre information while ensuring a quality listening and viewing experience. They will implement auditorium management. An usher will keep theatre property clean and free of debris. They will maintain order and prevent panic in a crisis. The Usher may also be asked to double as the Box Office Cashier, Concession Worker, or Restaurant Worker, as staffing needs require. As a result, such an Employee must also be able to perform the essential job functions of those positions.

✫Box office/cashier✫ A Box Office / Cashier will create a welcome environment for Customers. They will sells tickets to movies and special events while providing movie and event information. They will enforce film studio and theatre admission policies. This individual will clean and maintain the box office area. They are responsible for security of cash and tickets. The Box Office Cashier may also be asked to double as the Concession Worker, Restaurant Worker, or Usher, as staffing needs require. As a result, such an Employee must also be able to perform the essential job functions of those positions.
