Duties
* Prepare/set-up classrooms.
* Assist in preparing programs and curriculum materials.
* Assist in check-in processes, teaching, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children during ministry activities.
* Educate parents and their families about available resources and support systems.
* Mentor children, fostering their personal growth and development.
* Communicate effectively with parents, families, and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
* Participate in leadership activities that promote team cohesion and enhance service delivery.
Skills
* Strong background in Christian ministry or related fields.
* Experience in social work or similar environments is preferred.
* Proven ability to be a team player and mentor individuals effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to educate parents on available resources and programs.
* Experience working with children is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to parents interactions.
