It’s actually in pretty good condition considering it’s from 1960, but I put “good fair” since it’s got some paint chipping, and the contacts inside can use constant attention.
Very hard to find even online. There were essentially two different models, and this is the larger of the two. Comes with the original shoulder strap and all the hardware except for the clip for the microphone.
It has two modes; voice amplification, and a “siren“ sound for getting attention.
Price is somewhat negotiable within reason, but I’d really like to get my asking price from it. This should appeal to those who collect vintage electronics, or baseball memorabilia either one.
You can search the net for Mickey Mantle ads endorsing this product. Can you imagine a baseball stadium filled with these? That’s what the ads showed “be heard above the crowd“!
