We're a fun and fast-paced catering company in need of someone with awesome ADMIN and ORGANIZATIONAL skills to help us keep our back-of-house operations humming smoothly!
Here's the scoop:
- FLEXIBLE HOURS - 3-5 days per week, 20-30 hours per week. We will work with your schedule, if needed.
- IMPORTANT THINGS YOU'LL DO:
- Organize - sort, arrange and keep the inventory storage in tip-top shape.
- Complete - inventory, record orders that come in, checking for accuracy. Place new supply orders.
- Plan - schedule the jobs that are in-house that week and day.
- Track - catering jobs, and pull information necessary to produce client invoices.
- Set-up - prepare equipment before jobs and clean/put away after the jobs.
- Run - misc errands and complete various tasks that may arise.
- Self-start - can follow instructions but is also comfortable taking the initiative to 'get er done!
- Co-ordinate - with the rest of the kitchen team, to make sure event operations are epic!
- Have a can-do attitude and be a team player!
