This role includes preparing and cooking menu items to our standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and working efficiently during busy service. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen where consistency and reliability matter.
Previous kitchen or line cook experience is preferred. Candidates must be dependable, punctual, and able to work nights and weekends. Italian cuisine experience is a plus, but not required.
