Construction Accountant professional with over 19 years industry experience. I have worked in General Construction and in Subcontracting. In General Construction, I have worked small retail to new car dealerships and in between projects. My projects have spanned all across the US. In Subcontracting, I have worked in Gutters/Downspouts, Roofing, Landscape, Flooring and various manufacturing trades. I also have experience working in Single family for a Lender for renovations and new builds. My experience in Construction includes working all over the US and being knowledgeable about the areas, cities and municipalities that go along with those projects.
I understand from my years in Construction how work load / volume can be very heavy while trying to keep margins and overhead low. I have worked in those roles supporting and doing the workload of 2-3 people.in order to get A/R, draw submissions completed.
