QuickBooks Accountant / Bookkeeper (North DFW)

My Accounting / Bookkeeping services cater to small business' that need their Accounting / Bookkeeping handled but don't need to have someone on staff full time or part time necessarily. I started in Bookkeeping in small business over 25 + years ago and small business is the sector that I am passionate about and work in primarily. In the past 8 years I grew into an Accountant role.

Some industries that I have worked in are: art, construction, medical, printing, property management, real estate, restaurant, retail and small automotive dealerships.

I work weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly. I am flexible to my clients needs. I can interface with your CPA or tax professional to get them the financials that are needed so you can concentrate on other aspects of your business. I ask all my clients for communication based on the frequency of the work needed. Communication is key for me and will help and assist while I help and assist you.

Some scenarios that I have run across in my business are:
*Behind several months and maybe years in Bookkeeping.
*Bookkeeping part of their business is not necessarily something they want to do, it's a task that is not most desirable or gets handled at the last minute.
*Team member already staffed doing Bookkeeping however not their desired role.
*Team member is needed to handle Bookkeeping and possibly other tasks but still not necessarily at a part time capacity.

Areas where I can assist:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Collections, Sales Tax, Human Resources, Payroll, Payroll Taxes, Scheduling appointments, Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Credit card and Bank reconciliations. I have worked as a full charge Bookkeeper wearing many hats to help and operate small business' for many years.
For the past 17 years I worked as an Construction Project Accountant, I've worked both on the General
Construction as well as Subcontractor side. I am very familiar with pay applications, lien waivers as well as
software such as Procore, GC Pay, Textura for submitting billings.
I have experience in Purchasing, Production and Scheduling.

I have clients that I handle their Bookkeeping on a weekly, monthly and bi-yearly basis. I'm flexible with your needs however how big or small they may be.

With every client I have, I have saved them time and money not only handling their Bookkeeping but also giving pointers on cost savings measurements that they were not aware of.
