## Why This Unit Is Available
We originally built two shipping container tiny homes (this one and a full container 1 bedroom/1 bath) with plans to expand into a larger container-based rental community. However, the only way for us to scale the project affordably was to build the units ourselves. After a recent back injury and with limited construction help available, continuing that approach is no longer practical.
Because of this, we’ve decided to sell the two container homes and transition the property to prebuilt cabins so the entire community has a consistent look and feel.
