It's kind of sad that not too many people know who Bobby Bragan is as much as he did for the Fort Worth Cat's and the youth. Who ever buys this lamp, will feel good knowing no one else has what you have. This table lamp was given to Mr. Bragan Feb. 3, 2001 when Mr. Bragan was inducted into the HEB Sports Hall Of Fame. It was a Humanitarian Award. According to the HEB Director, Mr. Bragan recieved this table lamp and a rocking chair. Mr. Bragan was a player/manager for the Fort Worth Cats in the 40's. He also played a significant role in the return of the Cats in 2001. He managed future Hall of Fame player's like Hank Aaron, Roberto Clemente, Bill Mazeroski, Warren Spahn and Eddie Matthews.
