Very comfortable couch with a pull out bed. I believe it's a full/double. The mattress is in fine shape but you may want to replace it soon.

One cushion has a rip.

This is a smoke free house with pets!! There will be pet fur and potentially smell.

The couch is real wood and very heavy - you will need at least two strong people to move it, maybe three. it is on the ground floor by the front door, just load it up and carry it out.

No delivery and I cannot help load it! You must bring whoever you need and rent a trailer if it won't fit. No exceptions!

First come first serve and I'm not holding. It's a nice couch in good shape for free, don't make it difficult or weird.
