C4 has a client in need of multiple Structural Assembly Technicians for long term work in Denton, TX.
Target Start Date: June 1, 2026
Schedule: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
The Structural Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling complex panel assembly components, leading or participating in build activities, and ensuring high-quality production of steel frameworks, shelters, and telecom infrastructure systems.
Pay rate is $23.00 - $28.00 / hour based on experience and skill set.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred
1+ years of experience in structural steel assembly, fabrication, or related field
Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics
Experience in steel fabrication, welding prep, and structural assembly techniques
* Prior experience in a lead or senior assembly role is a significant bonus *
