We are a family-owned and operated auto body and paint shop serving the Rhome, Texas area. Our reputation is built on quality repairs and exceptional customer service, and we are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to fill a hybrid office and shop support role.
Position Overview
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and interested in growing within the auto body industry.
This role combines front office responsibilities with shop and technician support. You will be the face of the business while also assisting with repair-related tasks and workflow as needed.
Responsibilities Include
• Front Office & Estimating Duties:
o Managing incoming calls and customer inquiries
o Coordinating daily office operations
o Processing paperwork and maintaining files
o Placing and tracking parts orders
o Assisting with estimates and job flow
o Supporting overall shop operations
• Shop & Technician Support Duties:
o Assisting with sanding, prep work, and basic body repair tasks
o Supporting metal work, panel prep, and fabrication as skills allow
o Helping with paint prep, wet sanding, buffing, and polishing
o Removing trim, accessories, and components as needed
o Maintaining quality standards and on-time workflow
Preferred Experience
• CCC ONE estimating experience preferred
• Auto body or automotive industry experience a plus
• Body shop office or technician support experience highly valued
Compensation
• $12–$18+ per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
• Opportunity for pay increases as responsibilities and skills grow
Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• Full-time preferred (part-time considered)

• Computer proficient
• Willing to learn and grow into estimating and repair processes
