Lawncare and Landscape technician

Wright Way Landscaping is recruiting the best of the best
If you are motivated, responsible, on time, hardworking, and care about doing a good job- PLEASE contact us.
We will train you, while we pay you. We offer opportunities for advancement and a happy healthy work environment that could also get you in shape.
We are a small - Quality oriented Lawncare and Landscaping company. We need like-minded people to be on our team!
The Good:
Competitive pay In a company that appreciates YOU! Our base pay is $18/hour, with a performance pay system enabling high performers to earn substantially more.
Healthy outdoor lifestyle
Opportunity to learn many skills, horticulture, masonry, carpentry, irrigation, lawn care, etc. We aim to be a high-end groundskeeping service. There are positions for people who want to just listen to music and mow, but even those people are expected to learn some basics.

The “bad”:
Actual hard work - No shortcuts.
A high level of quality means you are responsible for ensuring everything is done right the first time. We charge more so that we can pay more. Clients expect quality in return. They can get a crappy job from the kid down the street for a third of the price.
Hot summer days, Cold winter nights, and everything in between. It's Texas, the summers are brutal. You need to be able to work in the heat, and you need to be able to take care of yourself, so you can do it consistently all summer.

This is a contract position that starts part-time, going full-time as the season progresses. The first two weeks' pay is $16/hr, going up to $18 base after that. An experienced landscaper able to work fast and accurately enough to not slow the crew down will skip straight to the $18, upon demonstrating said skill on their first day. $18/hr is our base pay. We also run a Pay for Performance (P4P) system where if you are efficient in your work you can earn considerably more. The lawn crew last year averaged around $22/hr, with individuals topping $27/hr.
I am willing to work with school, or other work schedules to an extent, but I need someone that can work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at a minimum.
While we generally avoid working weekends it will sometimes be required.
This position requires a driver's license.
