I have the factory sheet on this guitar from Martin as well if you need any specific info. LR Baggs "Anthem" pickup sounds amazing. Basically long scale 25.4", 1 3/4" nut, Frets 2 1/8", nut and saddle bone, neck shape Modified Low Oval, brace size 1/4" scalloped, bracing pattern X brace, Solid Sitka Spruce Top, Soild East Indian Rosewood back and sides. Neck taper is High Performance. Saddle is modern belly drop in compensated. Top, Back and sides finish is Gloss. Saddle radius is 16". Bridge string spacing is 2 5/32". Strings are 12 gauge. I have just set her up with Martin Phosphur Bronze on it now and sounds and plays great. However, if you prefer Elixir 12 gauge I can put those on at your request........I am the 2nd owner and I believe it has been very well maintained all its life. Just a few light dings around and a couple on the top that are not noticeable. Bridge plate is in excellent condition and guitar was humidified to 50% when I bought her and I keep all my guitars at this specific level. Martin factory case is in great condition inside and out. Just a ding or two on it. No smells, No pets, No smoke ever before or now. Never played out and only played on occasion in the house. Selling due to after years of playing I now have fingers that no longer allow me to play 1 3/4" nut and have to use 1 11/16" on my acoustics......Great guitar and you will be very well pleased I am sure. Cash Only and can be seen and played anytime for I work from home. Mfg 2017
