Established, Texas-based underground utility company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support office with administrative/clerical needs. Such duties may include: data entry, preparing reports, analyzing data, updating records and providing support to various internal departments.
Responsibilities:
•Data Entry
•Tracking crew hours for payroll
•Hosting new hire orientation classes
•Uploading documents into OneDrive
•Status Updates on projects
•Other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:
Experience: Six months to one year of related office experience
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
