JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a position with a solid base salary plus bonuses. Weekend work may be required. Windsor Assistant Managers are given management and marketing responsibilities including:
Performing financial tasks such as rent collections, invoice payment and analysis of operating statements
Overseeing the complete marketing program
Assisting in developing and implementing the annual business plan
Assisting in hiring, training, supervising and motivating the property staff
Providing excellent customer service to residents
