I am looking for a developers, Owners or General Contractors to assist with their site management needs I have 20 years of construction experience I work from design thru the construction phase and closeout. I have heavy experience with civil construction, dirt work, utilities and site concrete.
I offer scheduling, prepare scope of work for sub pricing, buyout, budget cost control, cost accounting. During construction I manage the field with a cost and high quality method.
Past projects include civil land development, single family homes, multifamily, commercial, schools, storage facilities. I travel all over the State of Texas and Oklahoma.
